The opportunity of a successful, prosperous timeline ahead (2012-2050)

This was posted on the Atlas City Project forums, but I've also added some more information to this original posting as well:

With a lot of the researching I've been doing and my own personal guidance, I feel I've come up with a pretty good timeline ratio after the transitional shift of consciousness after 2012. This data again is all opportunistic but it can be achieved if we are committed to staying on this path where Atlas City becomes a solid reality.

TIMELINE 2012-2015:

The RBE city phenomena will grow more stronger. It will be the start of foundations becoming built as the first cities begin to grow. One of such can be that of Atlas City. By this time, the monetary system will literally become dead in the water and others may look to trade or barter. By looking at the example of the RBE, more people around the world favor this idea through the passion of the RBE builders.

TIMELINE 2017-2025:

Several cities are becoming constructed amongst the planet. The RBE foundations are beginning to show a lot of promise. Other advances will begin to shine forward including interstellar travel as the ability to travel through our star system will be as public as driving a car to a grocery store (between 2020-2025).

TIMELINE 2025-2033

Much of Earth has become part of a resource based economy. Some of the national borders have been removed. There is no idea of division between nationalities or labelling others through a nationality. Humanity begins to understand it's connection to nature and the universe. This will also allow open contact with other civilizations from beyond Earth to also assist us in increasing our means to see more of what lies beyond Earth and our star system. (Open contact will start very small around 2015 and will continue to build to a larger first contact summoned through us to them that will initiate an Association of Worlds between Earth and other civilizations before the year 2050.)

TIMELINE 2033-2050

All the ailments of the past that involved governance through a monetary system will literally be completely abolished around this time. Earth is now a collective of humans who truly see themselves as one with the planet. Our Earth will become more cleaner, healthier and more alive than it has ever been. Earth is now a complete Resource Based Economy. The idea of monetary gain or trade or swap will be completely unheard of. There will be no such thing as diseases, homelessness, starvation, corruption. It will all be swept away because we have truly awoken to what is. Earth looks like an entirely different planet. Nothing of what it is like today. The question of "Are we alone?" was a question of arrogance. Civilizations from beyond the Earth will be part of our new family to guide and assist us in becoming an official member of their Interstellar alliance by 2050. Meeting new civilizations, interacting with beings on other planets as easy as it is to pick up a telephone and dial a number. Our own abilities will be greatly accelerated psychically. We will literally become a peaceful collective: Telepathy, telekinesis, healing, manifestation will eventually become as simple as breathing to us.

Some may be wondering "Well that's too long to wait, I'll be old by then. I want to see this progression in my lifetime." The news I have for you is that if you are passionate in seeing this progress pass 2050, you will.

The technology is available now to allow a human being to live up to a life span of 200 years. Within the next several years, not only technologically will we have the ability to bring forth a life span of up to 1000 years, but consciously, we will be able to achieve this also. So for example, living up to a life span in your 500's would give you the physical appearance of a person in their 20's.

Now that you are aware of what awaits us through this momentum, doesn't that give you the passion to create what best benefits you in the now? Rather than concerning yourself with trivial distractions based on the NWO, or economic collapse, or any form of corruption, look at the momentum of the big picture.

So what do you need to do to achieve being part of this timeline?...Letting go. Following your passion to the letter. Even the simplest forms of passion are the avenues that lead to the divine manifestations of a reality such as this. When you dive into suffering, you are only becoming part of the problem and not the solution. When you give into fear or uncertainty, you taint your abundance that is capable of bringing you exactly what you wish to pursue through excitement.

When some one asks you, "aren't you tired of the problems in the world today?" You can gladly say "I'm not affected by them because I don't join in with the problems, I follow the world of solutions." There are literally are two themes of Earths that you can openly choose. The one where you remain with the problems and taint what you wish to truly experience, and the other where there are solutions based on feelings of passion and excitement to guide you. Two earths. Which one will you choose. The choice is entirely up to you.

This is the future that awaits us if we are passionate in pursuing the opportunity. Sounds like a good future doesn't it?

UFO Objects Sighted Around the Sun

Nassim Haramein gives a great theory on how objects that were shown through the SOHO probe back in 2003 that were also shown entering the sun. The sun spots are vortexes that lead to the singularity of the center of the sun so that interstellar travel can be achieved. At this time now, it is very likely we will see a lot more of these craft that are literally the size of Earth and larger coming and going through the sun spots of our sun. This discussion with Benjamin Fulford focuses in on a very important subject -- namely the imminent downfall of the Rockefeller faction. It doesn't seem possible, but there is a wealth of evidence emerging that we are directly on the threshold of this event happening, whether they like it or not.

What is so exciting about this whole series of events is that the Rockefeller faction has been the main driving force for secrecy and cover-ups of the UFO issue. If their power is curtailed, it is very likely that Disclosure will follow.

Free Energy Tesla Coil System In Development for Worldwide Distribution

On Christmas day, as "a Christmas present to the world," Steven Greer, M.D., and his science advisor, Ted Loder, Ph.D., from the Orion Project, announced on the World Puja Network that the "top secret" inventor they've talked about over the past year has been released early from military seclusion, and has contracted with them to begin bringing various technologies he has developed (at taxpayer expense) to the world, beginning with a free energy technology in the tradition of Nikola Tesla.

They expect that the technology will be ready to bring to the public by April, capable of several kilowatts of continuous output. Greer said that the Orion Project signed a contract with this top secret scientist some ten days prior to the Dec. 25 announcement.

Both Doctors Greer and Loder have been involved for years in combing the world for a technology like this that could break our addiction to polluting fossil fuels and the control paradigm associated with them; providing instead a cheap, clean, reliable energy technology capable of being scaled to power everything in a distributed manner, from cars to homes and individual appliances. In this pursuit, Loder said "there have been some bad trails and bad directions at times; it's been a frustrating process at times. Now, finally, we're ready to jump."

"This scientist, by far, is the most knowledgeable and skilled -- and genius -- inventor and physicist that I've ever met; and I've met a lot of interesting people", said Greer. The inventor, who will be unnamed for security purposes, has top clearances in the U.S. military.

Loder said, "This is just what we've been searching for all these years. What he's bringing to the table is his thorough mathematical understanding of electronics and physics; [adding] modern technologies to optimize the process."

Greer and Loder reminisced about the first time they went to visit this inventor's lab about 4.5 years ago, and how they were stunned at what he had, and how they wished he could be part of theiroperation. Now, thanks to the help of a lot of people's donations and other support, the Orion Project has been able to secure a contract with this inventor.

Their purpose in making this announcement was both to bring in additional support for the project, as well as to increase the education of people to the alternatives and the hope that they bring for a better world coming. They are counting on the shield of protection provided from the community through this exposure so that this technology can make it to the world without being sequestered. They will need financial resources and moral support.

They plan to build a research laboratory to support this top secret inventor so that he can have both the tools and personnel needed to accelerate the development of the technology for public use. Duringthis phase, they plan o bring in half a dozen scientists and engineers.

Loder said the energy technology is based on concepts and prototypes and patents first put forth more than 100 years ago by Nikola Tesla and implemented by many scientists and inventors since then to various extents.

Greer said it has been replicated and verified by a senior scientist in the U.S. Department of Defense who has direct access to the Secretary of Defense. "Independent replication is the sin quin non of science", said Greer.

Apparently, there's a lot more where this came from, and once that energy technology has been delivered to the public, the inventor has other technologies that the Orion Project will begin to develop and bring forward. Greer said, "We're dealing with someone who has a track record of thirty years of building these technologies; and being under contract with top secret programs; and has actually built things to the level of things dematerializing, teleporting, and space-time alteration. We're talking really advanced stuff." Greer says that in the military secret ops, such projects are referred to as WSFM which stands for "Weird Science and Freakin' Magic."
The purpose of starting with the Tesla-based technology would be prove to the world that free energy can be had from the environment 24/7/365 via a device that is affordable even in the developing world, subsidized at first from sales of the device in the developed world.

"Let's walk before we levitate – get our civilization out of the dust bin of oal, and oil and sludge and mess. As civilization stabilizes; and we put in he means to ensure that these technologies are only usedfor peaceful means nd are not militarized or weaponized; then these more advanced concepts can ome forward." – Greer

More than a year ago, the Orion Project had thought they were going to be able to move forward with this inventor, but then he was spirited away into a top secret military operation and was incommunicado. They were told that it would be at least a year and a half before he would be available again.

Greer speculates that the many people petitioning the government for his release may have been instrumental in his early release so that they could resume their business relationship with him, which was cemented on around Dec. 15.

Last January, Greer chose to compose a briefing for President Obama about various free energy technologies in general and about this inventor in particular, asking that the Orion Project be allowed to work with inventor to bring his technologies forward in a sort of "peaceful Manhattan Project". That briefing was then published on TheOrionProject.org http://theorionproject.org/ website on Oct. 24.

Greer points out that the technologies developed by this top secret scientist were done at taxpayer expense, "yet you never hear the department of energy talking about them. It's about time these technologies got into the hands of the public who paid for them", Greer said.

Now the technology is being taken forward by a private organization, though apparently not necessarily with the full cooperation of the U.S.
government. Greer posits that if the 100s of billions and even trillions of government spending for energy solutions were put into this technology, each person could have their own generator at home.

About a year and a half ago, the Orion Project launched a fund drive to raise $3 million for the purpose of developing and/or finding such a technology. They've not yet raised that amount, and are asking their supporters to chip in to help raise the additional several $100k they'll need to build their research facility in Charlottesville, Virginian, not far from the historic Thomas Jefferson Monticello property. "We'll have to create a whole new scientific process," said Greer.

Of the moneys raised so far, Greer said that neither he nor Loder have used any of it for themselves, but they have been doing this on a purely voluntary basis. Greer, who used to be an Emergency Room doctor recently gave up that career in order to pursue the quest for a free energy solution full time. His associate, Dr. Jan Bravo, likewise recently left her practice in California for the same objective.

In the future, "if there should be any profits from the sale of this technology, it should go toward helping impoverished people getting these technologies for free", said Greer; and he said "the inventor feels the same way."

Speaking of history-making, Greer said:

"This is one of the most significant undertakings in the history of our country, as we try to bring forward, very boldly, and decisively, the sciences and technologies that would get our country off of oil and gas and coal and nuclear power; and into clean, free energy; so that every home and business and facility in America and the world may be running on this type of energy, without any costs, once you have the device in place; and without any pollution or impact on the environment. "

As the one who launched the Disclosure Project http://www.disclosureproject.org/, getting 100+ top military, government and airline leaders to come forward on the record with their knowledge regarding "UFO"s and other extraterrestrial- related interactions; it is fitting that Greer would see his long-sought- after free energy technology come from a military insider who developed the technology at taxpayer expense, which has been sequestered until now, but which now is apparently going to be brought forward for civilian use.

U.S. military is liaising with extraterrestrials according to independent sources

Independent sources have claimed an on-going set of face-to-face meetings between U.S. military officials and extraterrestrial life. The sources reveal that senior U.S. Navy officers have played a leading role in an inter-services working group responsible for the meetings, and that different extraterrestrial groups are allegedly involved. One source claims that the contact involves extraterrestrial groups known as Reptilians, and a silicon based life form dubbed ‘the Conformers’. Another source claims that the extraterrestrials are called Ebens from the Zeta Reticuli star system, but known colloquially as the Grays. A third source claims that human looking extraterrestrials representing an association of star nations are liaising with military officials. Two of the sources have been interviewed by this writer who has been aware of their claims for more than a year, and finds them credible. The similarities in these independent reports gives reason to conclude that an ongoing program of secret meetings involving senior military personal from the U.S. Navy and other military services with one or more extraterrestrial civilizations is underway.

One source claiming to have participated in face-to-face meetings is a serving U.S. Navy officer that in February 2008 revealed the existence of a confidential set of meetings at the UN where UFOs and extraterrestrial life were discussed. Known as Source A, the Navy officer claims that he was sanctioned by a working group comprising a number of admirals to disclose the UN talks without revealing his identity. In June 2008, Source A claims he was assigned to another project that involved direct meetings with two groups of extraterrestrials in a covert project where he was sanctioned to board their spacecraft on three different occasions. One group is a Reptilian looking species, and another is a silicon based life form he dubbed the ‘Conformers’.

This author and a number of other researchers have met with and interviewed Source A, and have been able to confirm that he is a serving U.S. Navy officer. Recently, two New York based UFO investigators, Clay and Shawn Pickering, gave a three hour interview concerning Source A’s involvement in a covert project involving face-to-face meetings with extraterrestrial life. They revealed that a covert inter-services working group has attempted to brief President Obama about the extraterrestrial liaison project. Given Source A’s identity and unlikelihood that more senior U.S. Navy officials would sanction a serving officer to openly misinform the general public over extraterrestrial life, there is reason to take his claims of participating in a covert project involving face-to-face meetings very seriously.
An anonymous source associated with the Defense Intelligence Agency recently claimed that military officials on November 12, 2009, met with extraterrestrials called Ebens, from the Zeta Reticula star system, on Akau Atoll in the Johnston Islands. The alleged meeting was part of an ongoing set of diplomatic discussions and exchanges that date several decades. The information was the latest installment related to an alleged classified project called Serpo, a secret exchange program with extraterrestrial visitors from Zeta Reticulum. According to Victor Martinez, who maintains a large email list where he distributes Project Serpo reports released to him by ‘anonymous’:

… the Ebens met on Akau Island with a total of 18 representatives from the U.S., United Nations, Russia, China, the Vatican and certain other guests. U.S. representatives are said to have included five military personnel, two intelligence officers, one linguist and one person representing the Obama administration.
The Johnston Islands are a U.S. territory and lie 750 miles south west of Honolulu. That places the Islands directly under the military authority of Pacific Command that historically has been run by the U.S. Navy. Although the latest Project Serpo release does not identify the service of the five military personnel at the alleged meeting, the choice of Johnston Atoll suggests a leading role for U.S. Navy officials in the latest face-to-face meeting.

The Serpo story raises considerable controversy with many inconsistencies in the claims of the sources revealing the Serpo information. Nevertheless, there are many events revealed in the Serpo story that are very likely based on real events such as President Reagan being secretly briefed at some point about extraterrestrial life. A number of Reagan’s public statements are circumstantial evidence that he did receive such a briefing. An alleged transcript of the briefing was released as part of the Serpo material in November 2007. This author’s assessment is that the Serpo releases mix real events with fiction in an officially sanctioned acclimation program. While the Serpo material requires much discernment given the level of disinformation in it, it is very likely that it accurately reveals the existence of secret military meetings with extraterrestrials, but mixes this with contrived details. The implicit leading role of the U.S. Navy in the alleged Akau meeting is consistent with the revelations of Source A.

The third and final anonymous source has revealed face-to-face meetings between U.S. military officials and human looking representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations. Again officers from the U.S. Navy are described as playing an active role, and are deeply involved in promoting public disclosure of the existence of extraterrestrial life. What distinguishes this alleged set of military meetings with extraterrestrials is that according to the source, the meetings were convened due to distrust over the way a covert international control group initially called “MJ-12” ” (current name unknown), has been managing information and technology concerning extraterrestrial life. The various military representatives were apparently shocked over the extent to which “MJ-12” has deceived them in oversight and management of extraterrestrial affairs.

In conclusion, there is very real dissatisfaction in the U.S. military, especially officers from the Navy, over the way in which extraterrestrial affairs has been secretly run and managed by a covert transnational group initially known as “MJ-12. The dissatisfaction can be traced back to an incident involving a Vice-Admiral serving as the head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff who was denied access to a covert extraterrestrial related project under corporate control. The incident was in June 2008 publicly revealed on Larry King Live by former Apollo Astronaut Edgar Mitchell (see video clip). Since at least 1997, groups of U.S. Navy officers through covert inter-service working groups have been trying to restore military/government oversight over extraterrestrial affairs that has been increasingly privatized in the corporate world.



The details of alleged face to face meetings between U.S. military/Navy personnel with extraterrestrial life is not known with great accuracy due to conflicting accounts of representatives of what occurred at such meetings. Nevertheless, given three independent sources reveal such meetings, two of which have been personally confirmed by the author as credible, it can be concluded that extraterrestrial military liaisons are currently underway. Retired officers from the two military services making up the Department of the Navy (US Navy and US Marine Corps) feature prominently in the Obama administration. These include Dennis Blair, Director of National Intelligence (ret Admiral, USN); James Jones, National Security Advisor (ret. General, USMC); and Charles Bolden, NASA Administrator (ret. General, USMC). Consequently, a U.S. military extraterrestrial liaison program that is being leaked to the public by US Navy officers from a covert inter-services working group will encourage the Obama administration to move forward with a public announcement concerning the reality of extraterrestrial life.

HAARP/Project Blue Beam responsible for Norway Lights Spiral? Signs leading to imminent ET Disclosure?

According to Richard Hoagland's article on Enterprisemission.com, Richard Hoagland brings out his perspective and explanation on the Norway Spiral Phenomenon:

Initially, this visually spectacular event was thought by experts looking at those videos and images to be "just another Russian naval missile test"--

Until the Russian Navy denied it was responsible!

But then, in an abrupt public reversal, the Russian Defense Ministry suddenly claimed that this was, indeed, "a Russian rocket launch ...."

This belated (and 180-degree) lagging Russian "admission," unfortunately, has all the appearances of a hastily-ordered cover-up--

Of something "far more interesting" ....

The possible demonstration, on the literal eve of Obama's arrival in Oslo, of a blatantly public "Hyperdimensional/Torsion Physics technology" ... somehow, also connected to President's Obama's imminent acceptance of his Nobel Prize--

In conjunction with a carefully re-scheduled Russian missile test ....

Is it another "coincidence" that, just over the hill from Tromso, lies a high-tech Norwegian "HAARP antenna farm" -- the EISCAT Ramfjordmoen facility (below) -- specifically designed to broadcast powerful beams of microwave energy high into space ... thereby also creating blatant HD/torsion side-effects in the Earth's highly-electrified upper "plasma" atmosphere (ionosphere)? The facility is officially supported by Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan ... China ... the United Kingdom ... and Germany.



A technology which -- with minor engineering effort -- could just as easily be turned into an almost unimaginable "torsion interferometry weapon" of mass destruction ... which, in a stroke, would usher in an even more terrifying "arms race" for the entire world ... if militarily deployed!?

Is this astounding apparition, in fact, a "Nobel message" to Obama ... as the most visible and currently powerful Peace Prize nominee in decades ... to alert him to the necessity of reigning in these "even more horrific 'torsion weapons of mass destruction'"--

A torsion weapons technology which -- if utilized inside the Earth's electrified atmosphere -- would appear just like the mysterious "vortex appartition over Norway" ....

Timing Extra Terrestrial Disclosure

The post-Thanksgiving holiday season marks the beginning of a series of important windows of time for extraterrestrial disclosure by the Obama administration. The first time window came and went without any announcement. This has led to some skepticism that disclosure is imminent at all. Multiple independent sources, however, continue to insist that extraterrestrial disclosure is imminent. All that is required is the right opportunity by the Obama administration to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life to the world. The main political constraint on a disclosure announcement is the November 2010 mid-term Congressional elections. A disclosure announcement would need to come well in advance of this, no later than the middle of 2010, when the partisan political environment becomes very heated as Republicans earnestly seek to regain Congressional seats. An official disclosure announcement would need to be made in a bipartisan manner and environment that does not favor either of the major U.S. political parties. This means that any time from the present up to early 2010 is the optimal period when official extraterrestrial disclosure will occur.

First time window passes as a non-event - November 27

Coming the day after the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S., the first predicted date of November 27 passed without any disclosure announcement by the Obama administration. The November 27 date was proposed by a whistleblower who first appeared through the Project Camelot website. Dr Pete Peterson was claimed by Project Camelot and others who interviewed him, including alternative science researcher David Wilcock, to be among the most knowledgeable and important whistleblowers yet to publicly emerge. Peterson claims that three independent sources confirmed to him extraterrestrial disclosure was imminent and privately gave the date of November 27 to the Project Camelot team. This is how David Wilcock explained it back on October 6:

We have one source, in particular, who has now heard [about Disclosure] from three different highly-placed sources in the intelligence community that he’s in contact with. These are people who don’t know each other and are not speaking to each other, but they do speak to him. They all have independently told him that a formal government Disclosure is being planned -- [likely] before the end of the year. They all had the exact same date for when this would happen, which I cannot say what it is. They all had the basic sequence of events that would happen. They’re all saying that the television time has already been booked internationally for a two-hour special.

The exact date of November 27 was supposed to be kept a secret but apparently was ‘inadvertently’ released at a Project Camelot conference. Wilcock explained what happened here:

Peterson said it was OK for us to announce that a formal government disclosure was pending, but strictly forbade us from saying the date. In Zurich, Switzerland, just a week later, during Bill Ryan's lecture -- also available on video -- I reminded him of Peterson's testimony from the audience. My stomach hit the floor when he actually said the date we were given out loud in front of the whole audience -- November 27, 2009. This was a spontaneous, maverick decision, and I knew right away it had dramatically reduced the possibility that it would ever happen on that day.

In re-evaluating the coming and passing of November 27 disclosure prediction date, Wilcock in a November 28 update, noted that providing a specific date makes it more difficult for the prediction to occur. Based on Peterson’s testimony and his own sources, Wilcock continues to believe that extraterrestrial disclosure is imminent, but now believes this will occur in early to mid-2010 as new opportunities arise.
Second Time Window begins with Obama Nobel Peace Prize Speech - December 10
Based on my own independent sources and exopolitical analysis, my favored time window begins soon after President Obama officially accepts the Noble Peace Prize on December 10. The period immediately after his acceptance speech up to the end of 2009, is a critical time for three main reasons. First, the level of partisan political debate is historically low during the holiday season which ends soon after New Year’s Day. Most importantly, it is possible to make an announcement with least social disruption due to the increased comfort levels of people during the holiday season when difficult political news can be disclosed with minimal public fallout. This observation and possible disclosure timing was first pointed out by exopolitical activist Stephen Bassett in his November 4 appearance on the syndicated national radio show, Coast to Coast AM.

Second, the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to Obama, though premature in the eyes of many, was a calculated effort to legitimize President Obama as a preeminent world leader who could rally international support on important issues. This is consistent with a secret co-ordinated international effort, that began in the United Nations from February 12-14, 2008, to prepare the world for extraterrestrial disclosure. After more than a year of unprecedented official openness on UFOs by major nations, the next stage of a coordinated international effort to officially disclosure the existence of extraterrestrial life has begun. The Vatican Astrobiology conference from November 6-8 , for the first time legitimized discussion of extraterrestrial life and its implications for the Catholic Church. Most importantly, the Vatican’s Pontifical Academy of Science positioned itself as a leading sponsor of scientific inquiry into extraterrestrial life. The Vatican initiative has set the stage for further official announcements that confirm the reality of extraterrestrial life. After his Nobel Prize acceptance speech, President Obama will be well positioned to authorize a disclosure announcement.

Third, Obama’s announcement today at the West Point Military Academy of increased troop levels for Afghanistan, will force him to take a major initiative in another area that augments his international diplomatic credentials. Obama, from the beginning of his administration, has made clear his intent to rebuild the international stature of the U.S., after the damaging political fallout from the preemptive Iraq war launched by his predecessor. Diplomatic initiatives such as reaching out to the Muslim world and pledging the U.S. to eliminate nuclear weapons in the future, were part of his all important international agenda.
Obama is strongly supported in his international diplomatic outreach efforts by his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. An Afghanistan troop surge will almost certainly be balanced by a very significant political initiative that promotes international diplomacy and peace. The disclosure of extraterrestrial life would allow President Obama to reassert his international status and diplomatic agenda while simultaneously showing his readiness to use military force when necessary. This is strongly supported by Clinton who has championed extraterrestrial disclosure during Clinton administration.

Third Time Window – Obama’s State of the Union Address

President Obama delivers his annual State of the Union address before the joint houses of the U.S. Congress some time during the end of January or early February 2010. The period leading up to an immediately after the State of the Union offer a bipartisan environment where a disclosure announcement can be made. Timing extraterrestrial disclosure with the State of the Union Address is important since the announcement would be able to symbolize the unity of the American political system in confronting future challenges. With the multiple challenges confronting the U.S. and the world after official disclosure, Obama will need all the political symbols and support he can gather in order to lead the U.S. during the unprecedented challenges that lie ahead.

In conclusion, multiple independent sources continue to point out that extraterrestrial disclosure is imminent. Timing is the key. My own analysis points to two optimal time windows when this can occur. The first is soon after Obama’s December 10 Nobel Prize acceptance speech; and up to the 2010 New Year holiday period. The second window of time coincides with his 2010 State of the Union Address. As pointed out in my earlier article, the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010 signifies the period when extraterrestrial disclosure is secretly being planned to occur.
The nature and extent of official extraterrestrial disclosure is unclear. It may involve a rather mundane announcement by NASA of the discovery of primitive extraterrestrial life in the form of microbes. Alternatively, it may involve NASA announcing the discovery of ancient (extraterrestrial) ruins on the moon as proposed by Richard Hoagland. Finally, it may involve an announcement of intelligent extraterrestrial life visiting the Earth as initially proposed by Peterson and supported by Wilcock. The impending official disclosure announcement is certain to be the first in a series designed to rally the American public behind the Obama administration as it deals with the implications of extraterrestrial life at both the domestic and international level.

The Vatican Readies for ET Disclosure

Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can't put limits on God's creative freedom… "Why can't we speak of a 'brother extraterrestrial'? It would still be part of creation…

This was the statement that the Jesuit priest Father Jose Gabriel Funes stated in a May 2008 interview titled "The Extraterrestrial is my brother."

The Vatican has just completed a five day conference astrobiology where scientists convened to discuss the detection and implications of extraterrestrial life. A major driving force behind the conference was the Director of the Vatican Observatory, the Jesuit priest Father Jose Gabriel Funes. In May 2008, Funes gave an interview to the Vatican’s L’Osservatore Romano newspaper saying that the existence of intelligent extraterrestrials posed no problems to Catholic theology. The conference itself was officially convened by the Vatican's Pontifical Academy of Sciences, chaired by its religious leader Bishop Marcelo Sanchez Sorondo, and was held on private Vatican grounds from November 6-10. Together with Funes’ 2008 interview and subsequent public comments by him, the conference demonstrates a welcome openness by the Vatican on the possibility and implications of extraterrestrial life. The Vatican’s openness to discussion of extraterrestrial life is no accident. It is part of an openness policy secretly adopted by the United Nations in February 2008. In fact, the Vatican is playing a leading role in preparing the world for extraterrestrial disclosure.

The Vatican sponsored astrobiology conference was a landmark event. It showed that the Vatican was willing to officially sanction public discussions on the existence of extraterrestrial life. More significantly, it showed that the Vatican was willing to initiate a comprehensive dialogue on the theological implications of the discovery of intelligent extraterrestrial life. The Vatican’s astrobiology conference is yet one more sign that major global institutions are preparing for some kind of formal disclosure concerning UFOs and/or extraterrestrial life. This is a direct outcome of a series of landmark meetings at the UN beginning in February 2008 that led to the adoption of a new openness policy.

After more than a year of openness, the Vatican is taking the openness policy to a new level, and preparing the public for some kind of formal extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. Numerous independent sources have predicted such disclosure is imminent, and that the Obama administration is expected to play a prominent role. The Vatican is also positioning itself to play a major role in such an announcement and in a post-disclosure world. Its emerging theological position that extraterrestrials “are our brothers” is a welcome departure from more hostile depictions of extraterrestrial life found in some religious denominations and in Hollywood movies. On the other hand, the idea that the Vatican could justify sending missionaries to convert extraterrestrials born without original sin, does raise major concerns. The Vatican, nevertheless, is currently playing a constructive role in preparing the public for the imminent disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

UFO Digest Asks: Do you believe UFO/ET Disclosure is imminent?

This article caught my eye. The author, Ed Komarek goes into some decent detail in regards to a source of his that is confirming that disclosure is only a short time away.

Here are some interesting excerpts from the article:

I have been communicating by phone and by email and this person tells me that this member of Congress is well informed on UFO/ET related matters and also that he is well connected to President Obama and meets with him frequently. This person asked me to suggest what this member of Congress might be able to do, to be helpful to myself and others pushing for disclosure. I sent the material in the following link as a letter to this member of Congress as part of my own very limited disclosure effort to show the middle ground between the left and the right.

Last night I had a further phone conversation with my source and this source confirmed to me that indeed it may be a short time line to disclosure as Dr. Michael Salla has indicated in a recent communication linked further on in this article. My source says that they have real concerns that a disclosure announcement could torpedo the heath care bill if it happens sooner than later by distracting the public from this issue.

I think the chances are good that the situation when ignited might well begin to spiral out of control at some point and then government officials and bureaucrats can and will become involved openly in an attempt to maintain order and stability in society. The indications seem to be that world governments really have no choice in this matter but to disclose rapidly once the cat is out of the bag, so to speak. Furthermore various extraterrestrial groups seem to be losing patience with government intransigence and broken promises the past sixty years and seem to be applying increasing pressure until something breaks loose.

Indications are that all parties both extraterrestrial and terrestrial agree that it is preferable that humanity handle the actual disclosure process even as the extraterrestrials increase the pressure on governments to disclose. Extraterrestrial groups seem to be doing this by increasing overt global public sighting activity even as they increase their covert disclosure lobbying efforts directed toward world governments.

Official disclosure of extraterrestrial life is imminent

An official announcement by the Obama administration disclosing the reality of extraterrestrial life is imminent. For several months, senior administration officials have been quietly deliberating behind closed doors how much to disclose to the world about extraterrestrial life. Dissatisfaction among powerful institutions such as the U.S. Navy over the decades-long secrecy policy has given a boost to efforts to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life and technology.

The impending disclosure announcement follows upon the secret implementation of a year long openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Over the period February 12-14, 2008, the United Nations held closed doors discussions where approximately 30 nations secretly agreed on a new openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life in 2009. The openness policy was implemented but never publicly announced due to threats against UN diplomats not to disclose details of the secret agreement. h The secret UN agreement was based on two conditions. First, UFOs would continue to appear around the world; and second, the openness policy would not lead to social unrest in liberal democracies. Both conditions have been satisfied making it possible for the next stage to begin – official disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

Obama’s September 24, 2009 chairing of the UN Security Council meeting on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, signaled his emerging leadership role in tackling major global issues such as nuclear weapons. The Nobel Peace Prize was an important step in giving global legitimacy to President Obama in making an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. Obama is therefore poised to play a prominent role in the increased global governance that will be necessary after an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. The timing would most likely coincide sometime soon after his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech on December 10, 2009 in Oslo, Norway.

There have been various sources that have revealed deliberations are underway to make an announcement concerning the existence of extraterrestrial life by the end of 2009. These include, Dr Pete Peterson, a whistleblower who has recently emerged revealing high level discussions have taken place concerning announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life. In a Project Camelot interview, Dr Peterson revealed that “Obama is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year; and that most, but not all, of the ET visitors are friendly.”

Another source is David Wilcock, a prominent researcher of emerging scientific paradigms. Wilcock has been told by additional independent sources that extraterrestrial disclosure will take place by the end of 2009. He furthermore claimed in a Coast to Coast AM radio interview that “a 2-hour international TV special has already been booked that will introduce an alien species, similar to humans, to the world.”

In addition, popular NASA and space researcher, Richard Hoagland, has publicly come forward to reveal that the October 9, LCROSS ‘bombing’ mission of the moon, discovered an ancient base at the moon’s South Pole. Reviewing the scientific data achieved by NASA’s LCROSS mission, Hoagland concluded, also on the popular late night Coast to Coast AM radio show, that “LCROSS is part of a carefully constructed campaign to prepare the populace for imminent disclosure. The President of the United States will soon announce that scientists have discovered ruins on the moon, he added. Nobody saw the LCROSS debris plume because the probes struck a building which swallowed the effects of the explosion.”

Finally, two independent and confidential sources have revealed to me that face to face meetings have recently occurred between U.S. military officials with one or more groups of extraterrestrial visitors. This has allegedly led to confidence being built for future cooperation with the extraterrestrials that will be formally announced to the world public either at the end of 2009, or early 2010.

In conclusion, a diverse number of sources and events point to some form of extraterrestrial disclosure being made by the end of 2009, or early 2010. Official disclosure will most likely emerge in either of two scenarios. One is that President Obama will announce the existence of extraterrestrial visitors, and describe one or more of these to the world. This scenario is supported by Peterson, Wilcock, and my own confidential sources. The second scenario is that an announcement will be made concerning the discovery of artificial structures at the moon’s South Pole, as revealed by the LCROSS mission. This scenario is supported by Hoagland.

Which ever of the above scenarios is used for announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life or technology, President Obama will figure prominently. Behind the scenes, powerful institutions are ensuring that nothing derails the planned disclosure announcement. The disclosure will follow upon a year of greater government openness on UFOs in accord with a policy secretly developed at the United Nations. If extraterrestrial disclosure does occur at the end of 2009 or early 2010, President Obama will lead an unprecedented effort to promote global governance through the United Nations. The Obama administration and its supporters are poised to take a bold step forward in helping our planet become an interplanetary culture that openly deals with the challenges posed by extraterrestrial life.

It's interesting to see that ABC's 2009-2010 Mid Schedule deals with the return of "V." Of course, there has to be some fear-based tactic to occur in some form around the time of predicted disclosure. Yes...Well played, ABC.

ET Disclosure to occur November 27th, 2009?

According to Bill Ryan of Project Camelot, from eye-witness testimony from Dr. Pete Petersen, it has been reported that ET Disclosure could very well take place near the end of November this year. November 27th to be exact.



In this video, Bill Ryan states that the November 27th, 2009 date has a ritualistic numerological significance to it.

I decided to look into this further. Thanks to my good friend, Druanna Johnston, we were able to discover a possible explanation for this particular date:

"If you add 1+1+2+7=11 add that to 2009"
2+0+0+9 + 11 = 22

9 & 11 - 9/11? Are we onto something here?

Through my own guidance, for what it's worth, by accessing the collective unconscious I got the feeling of a 5 and a half to 6 week time span to when disclosure could occur. I also have heard from a couple other friends that have confirmed this as well.

So is November 27th the magical day? I am not sure, but it would certainly won't take long to find out as we're only over six weeks away. I will keep you updated.
